There won’t necessarily be a title company for a borrower to go to.
How this plays out is anybody’s guess with ever evolving technology. Risky business for companies to invest in the technology only to have it become passé within a year. No doubt there are those coming up with systems we haven’t even heard of yet. Perhaps they do away with notarizations on real estate documents all together!
Changes are coming. Lucky me I’m of an age where I don’t have to fret over it.
