I waited almost 24 hours for docs on this purchase file

Docs originated in Irvine, CA, property in South Carolina. Borrowers live/work here.

It was very frustrating, but we finally got docs, and we signed in the evening. Too late for fedex, but it funded any way once the law firm provided the funds to close.

Was it worth the $200 fee? Yes, but I wouldn't have done this for the low fees I see come through on Crapdocs.

I have another one on Monday from the same loan officer, same fee, on Monday. Life is good. Monthend turned out pretty decent, better than I was anticipating.
