Did they call you or was this a cattle call that goes out to everyone? Stewart Title is pretty decent, and would never do that full knowing or even ask you to travel that far or offer you that at 200 pages. Did they tell you it was 200 pages? What kind of refi was this? Doesn't sound right. If they full well know all of that, I can't imagine they offered this. We have a lot of Stewart Title in FL and are good.
Sometimes they may combine a package into 1 which has both the signed docs to execute and borrowers copies, and only print once. Hmmm |
