The OP (po' thing) likely knows as much about farming as I do- and did over six years ago -when the concept of a (greedy) signing service hiring notaries was as foreign to me as squeezing a dairy cow someplace to get milk.
When I discovered that a real estate company would let me hang up my sales license and refer (maybe they meant 'farm') to its agents for a big referral fee- it was a no-brainer. Probably where the current breed of Ss got the idea. |
