guys out of business with an explanation point. I honestly don't know many industries, perhaps drug dealers, that attracts such dishonest people. There has to be a way of regulating these cock roaches permanently OUT OF BUSINESS for good and that specifically prohibits them from ever acting in the capacity of a notary signing service.
