I always put the docs in a particular stacking order. It

makes things go more smoothly at the signing. I learned from an experience years ago where the payment letter was way down in the pkg. & the borrower's ended up not signing. Now I make sure all the critical docs & nos. are up front.
My order is Closing Disclosure, Payment Letter, Note, DOT, RTC's, etc. I also put all the title docs in the back.
I'm not saying anyone has to do it. This is what works for me.
