| Need a little clarification, though. In your last paragraph, you state "Account Holder who Issued the check - followed up with a "Account Holder who Issued the check - followed up with a "Do Not Pay" .... " Is the account holder, in this case, Notary Cloud? Is "Do Not Pay" the same as a stop payment? If so, it cost Notary Cloud (usually around $12) to issue a stop payment. Now, they have the additional fees to pay you. I don't quite see how they're saving/making money in going this route. Buys them time now. But, costs more in the interim. Maybe I just don't have that criminal mentality ... can't fathom the sense in going this route. WTH/smh ;( |
