Have you tried Amazon or eBay? I've bought a couple going that route with good results. I've just been careful to select highly rated suppliers.
I do remember there being lots of discussion about one company that many had had good luck with. Hopefully one of them will report in. Just for yucks, I searched for HP4350 printers and found several options. One was from Printer Pros, which sounded vaguely familiar to me. You might try searching for them here to see. If not, there may be other potentially good sources, too.
