Well, I couldn't complain about work back then when everything was moving. 2005-2009 fees were good, more calls and jobs than I could take, great companies that paid...I was busier than ever back when that was happening. There wasn't $65.00 refi's and loans because we were busy, and the SS and Title companies had competition in us, and paid if they wanted us! Make lemonade from lemons...this business is always a roller coaster.
