| For signatures yes I insist that it's included, but I've always left it up to the signer on the initials as to whether they include the Jr or II or II or IV, and in 13 years I've never had it kicked back. However, I'm rethinking that because I am doing some work for an extremely picky lender and to be on the safe side I've been having signers include the suffix on their initials. I was just wondering what other notaries do. |
