I've only done one once, my first year as a notary, when I was still an employee. It was an in-office situation, where the principal/signer was my boss (co Pres., who was traveling) and the SW was a co-worker who also reported to my boss. And, of course, I knew both of them. (In fact, I had previously notarized both of them.) I still had to do a bit of research before I was able to complete it. (Hope I did it right! It was ages ago, so I don't remember the details.)

I doubt I will ever see that type of situation again! Wink
