Wow, that's pretty vague wording. I wonder what they mean by "...signs in a language...". Probably to not use an interpreter, but that's not what it says, IMO. If our laws were written that way, it would have likely prohibited me from notarizing people I've met with who spoke great English but signed their names in Arabic or Hebrew or Chinese or Farsi, etc... [OK, we could have had them sign their name with English characters, but it wouldn't have been their 'signature'. Wink Also, it likely wouldn't have gone over well with a few of them. Can't remember if these were for loan signings or GNW.]
