Kentucky Notary Fees
Every attestation, protestation, or taking acknowledgment of any instrument of writing, and certifying the same under seal including, but not limited to, the notarization of votes of absentee voters. $0.50 (per the numbers site)
https://www.nationalnotary.org/knowledge-center/about-notaries/notary-fees-by-state NNA site has set your own price.
Only you would know what is fair I guess.
