Right. Just seeing an email with an attachment, especially claiming to have "real estate documents" is suspect. When do docs ever come in advance?? And only time to my email and not thru upload site is if a private direct firm that spoke to me direct regarding a transaction I'm expecting.

The email came from StaySafeOnline which I have referenced for my site's Resource page; I wasn't familiar with WizCase so followed the link -and the guide is one I will include as a reference. I like the tip (15) about Bookmarking regularly visited sites. I never saw the point, as I'm there often enough that the browser Knows!
