Especially as my base fee for those Amtrust/Flagstar used to be $150. Print approximately half the package (about 75 pages) for wet signatures; carry and provide laptop (if borrowers don't want to use theirs) and mouse; contend with connectivity issues; if using my cell phone as a mobile hot spot, be without phone during the course of the internet signing and possibly miss out on additional signings -- IME, those signings usually were more time-consuming than the typical closings.
That's why I'm asking how the Amrock hybrids compare to those others. I value my time and experience. As I've stated before, I do accommodate Quicken/Amrock signings. Analysis of why it works for me: Docs are usually ready at least the day before; print 1 set of about 80 pages; borrowers are well informed and ready to just sign and go; only 2 notarizations usually; in and out in about 20 minutes; and, I only accept QL within 15 miles from my home office and sometimes do 2 of those signings in an hour -- $170 for an hour's work ... works for me. A standard signing from any other SS/TC typically takes me 40-60 minutes and with a fee range of $125-$200.
