I would keep on them! I've kept on companies for months and months and eventually something gives. There has only been one time in my 8 years as a signing agent where I flat out didn't get paid on an order I completed, and that was with the infamous MortgageDocs folks. But I think if you keep harping on them with direct demands you'll get your $. I know it's really hard though. Keep at it...best of luck!
