Seller couldn't remember ex's name
Posted by NVLSlady/VA of VA on 10/10/18 8:30pm Msg #599264
and, of course didn't tell E.A. he was Re-married . . . as for his anniversary - you guessed it, didn't know for awhile. Let's keep going!

So glad I started with that status intrusionary form. Told me when we finished signing that he never attended school. So I understood the difficulty writing /reading (his English was great). Actually had fun on the 1-1/2 hr signing (<50 pp, wow). Needless to say, Title Not happy with the new spousal grant deed; I heard E.A. on phone ("I asked if you were married!"). I blame them; this stuff should be completed beforehand. I always make it a point to confirm marital status when confirming appt. - Except this time; docs were ready, Unmarried listed on Order . . . all too perfect.

Thanks to the Spanish speaking notary that met with Mrs. at their home this evening.
