Letter vs. legal - Who's Printing Anyway??!

Ain't it the Truth! (at least pest report paid for - lol).

Printed (FL) buyer package approx 130p at month end for Title. Nice to have All letter - Except a Gen. Affidavit to certify debts (only a one-pager). Stood out like a sore thumb in that sweet, concise, well-contained 250+ wood stack!
