I have no disdain for you at all here, just merely pointing out that it's not ALL on the Signing Service here. Own your mistake and post it for the newbies who can learn something from you. GET A CONFIRMATION FOR EVERYTHING! ASSUME NOTHING, and we all know what "ass-u-me" means. It never turns out good.
No confirmation for a 2nd trip? Then don't go when they send you their missing documents. Ask again for it for your records! If you don't ask you won't get it, and you did it out of professional courtesy to get it done. Just own it, that's all.
I have no issue telling people it happened to me, and I am sure happened to a lot of us, and guess what? Now it happened to you! Join the mistake club, own it, grow, and learn and no crying now about it. Maybe some newbies will actually learn what not to do. If a good client, do it for free, that door swings both ways, as nobody is perfect.
