Please know that with all candor no one "chased" me away.

After reviewing the path the NR forum appeared to be taking by late 2017, I made a conscious decision on All Saints Day in 2017 to no longer actively participate in the NR forum. Of course, I still visited and read posts to the forum, but chose not to post to it for nearly a year.
Why? One might ask . . .
Typically, I will not stand by and say nothing when a trio of individuals chooses their 'next victim' to goad, bully, shame, engage in name-calling, judge, degrade, state falsehoods, speak condescendingly, prevaricate, devise untruthful accusations, make personal attacks, and in general, initiate and repeatedly engage in poor social behavior. This is particularly true within a forum that was designed to “allow professional notaries public to share experiences, advice and opinions with other members of the profession.” That’s unequivocally intolerable behavior.
As a professional, I chose not to lower myself to that level to defend others and myself against the trio of persistent attackers.
FYI TO ALL: Posted within the NR Rules & Guidelines for ALL to honor: “ALL users govern themselves in accordance with common standards of decency and professionalism”
It also states: “Do not personally attack, insult or degrade other users or companies.”
