Liberty Anne is as slow as possible . Find any other title company you can. They have cancelled 2 different closing dates on us. Now we will be homeless and out of contract and will lose the house we are trying to buy.
Find yourself a real estate lawyer instead
They are the same fees

If you see that Liberty Title and Escrow is doing your closing, run away as fast as you can. They lost our wired earnest money, did not know process needed to close in Florida, closing delayed by two weeks due to failure to order survey, took a month to track wire deposit after tracking data provided, sent wrong commission amount to realtor, sent insurance money to wrong policy, and failed to return calls when promised. Poorest customer service of any company. Total lack of leadership in this company.
