I've had one - at the title office`

I conducted Seller side first then did Borrower side with them only for their own privacy; not sure the Sellers were impressed but, I'm sorry - Buyer's financial info is not Sellers' business.

My fee was at least $125 for the Buyer/borrower side and at least $85 for the Seller side - may have been paid more, I just don't recall offhand - but those are my fees -
