| Agree. We should not work for free when the ground rules change. I had a vet ask me to travel to his wife's work 20 miles away cuz she couldn't get to his animal hospital in time and had too many Christmas orders to get out. That definitely changed the original signing conditions, and my adjusted fee was appropriate. It was no problem for escrow to accommodate, since I went way out of my way to make the successful purchase docs make the deadline to close on Friday for this major event. |
