| I used to be able to buy legal paper at my local Costco for $42/case but they stopped carrying them about four years ago. Now I order from Costco online but I've had a lot of problems with the paper being damaged through the shipping process. They always ship the case of paper without any additional boxing, and by the time it arrives on my doorstep there is usually some serious damage. The last time I ordered a full case, at least half the case of paper was so damaged that it was un-usable. I returned it to Costco and now I only purchase four or six reams at a time - this forces them to put the reams into an actual shipping box and I have had much better luck with that. I pay $7.50/ream for Hammermill MP legal size paper. Can I find it cheaper? Possibly, but this brand works well in my printer and I am not going to run all over the place for the absolute cheapest paper possible. I still buy my letter size paper in cases at the Costco warehouse. |
