It doesn't matter how much C2C is being paid. Apparently the $30.00 C2C notaries do not need to make a profit or don't mind losing money on each assignment.

I wish those notaries would consider volunteering for a charitable organization. There are many wonderful worthy charities that would gladly welcome their help. I get so much gratification volunteering for my church. I wish I could donate more time, but I need to earn a living.
