Peggi, this post is a mess. lol Couldn't you use Jones and Smith for an example? So confusing.

So are you referring to the "PS" part of your post with changed names or how do you notarize a POA?

Is this the question? Matthew Magillicutty signs as >>Clara Kadiddlehopper by Matthew Magillicutty her attorney in fact. <<The big question now is how do you fill in your acknowledgments?

On the docs, the POA is already filled in by the title company or lender....you would record by who's ID and person in front of you and the POA for "Matthew Magillicutty as POA for Clara Kadiddlehopper"
