I've never had a complaint from a title company about signatures, although invariably the signers insist on signing the way they want to sign, not how it's shown on the signature line. I refuse to be the signature police, although I do warn them that there could be a problem with the lender if they don't sign as it's printed on the document. I sigh with relief when the signature line is only first name, last name.
