Yes JanetK, I saw one company trying to sell RON here in southern California too. I have an app on my phone that lets me know what is going on in my neighborhood. A neighbor was asking for a notary in my area (lucky I did get the job) but a person did post that he works for a company (left out name on purpose. It was the company that is really pushing for RON). He stated "our notaries will take care of you from your computer".
