. . . you say you have been doing closings for 10 years and yet you took a signing from a 1.5 star company. I'm just curious . . . what possessed you to even say yes in the first place? I'm hoping you were on the road and didn't have a chance to look at Signing Central before you said yes. Please tell us this is what happened.
It seems pointless to keep updating Signing Central when no one goes in and looks at it and keeps taking assignments from these dead beat companies and then coming over to the forum crying about their bad experiences. Ten years of 1 star comments about Signing Stream yet notaries kept them in business by accepting their assignments and now it looks like ISGN is another perfect example.
