Haven't paid since November 2018??!!?? That's waaayyy too long! Those are not clients. Those are parasites (I was going to say leeches but sometimes leeches are medically beneficial).
Anything over 30 days -- maybe stretch to 45 when due to USPS delay -- is unacceptable. Who are those "clients"? Please name them so others can avoid the same hardship you're having to endure and maybe someone may have tips on how to collect. TIA!
Working with title companies (TC) is usually safe. If they fail to pay or try to ignore you, report them to their licensing agency and get quick results. Not so with signing services (SS). They are not regulated.
