| MonicaFL said she was asked to sign an affidavit concerning the missing information. In my lengthy post above, I wrote about a letter I signed and submitted. That letter was in fact an affidavit, and I believe I titled it "Notary Public's Affidavit," which is one reason I met with another notary public for an acknowledgement. It really a simple and easy fix. |
