They are pretty busy trying to run their online business, but also insurance agents' phones are ringing off the hooks these days.
Please keep in mind that this forum is for us, not for them. If reports we make aren't timely here, it's because they are a family based business and just haven't looked into it yet due to time constraints. I just asked Traci to delete.
