Re: anyone see the message from Reltco

My location has a FedEx Office store, which I utilize only occasionally, simply because of the fact that THEY determine the packaging envelope for the package size, based on its weight. I've been told by the FedEx Office employees that they are getting flack because they're accepting over-weight packages to be checked in. I've carried a cardboard envelope in, only for them to determine that the weight of the package exceeded the limit for that size of packaging. They then proceed to re-package my shipment to the plastic envelope, simply putting the cardboard pack into a plastic pack and transferring the label. Then they getting prissy with me, because the FedEx Office stores have to pay for all of their shipping supplies, whereas I can order supplies all day long, at no cost and they get delivered right to my door. TC's and SS's need to understand that the notary is not necessarily in charge of what type of packaging their documents get shipping out in.
