| Common here as well, they call it a pre-sign. I have done a number of these with a physical package, (not doc-u-signed) but sure the same thing. Just streamlines the closing when the buyer is ready the seller side is complete. It's too early in the process to narrow the numbers down, but get the rest out of the way. |
