Had my first experience with these bad actors and went through the routine of calls, vmails, emails, text messages, web portal, etc. The next phase has been emails to the lender, escrow and broker - waiting to hear. The third phase, complaint to the PA department of State - waiting to hear. I'll also do a complaint with the PA Attorney General and any other departments I can think of, like business licensing.
