Re: What should count anThnotary continuing education?

My only experience to date is related to Indiana. The continuing education courses have to be approved by the state and the instructor/company also has to be approved and or certified by the state. The CE class I took in 2018 was a refresher type class; offerings were listed online via the SIRCON website which managed the certifications. Depending on the instructor, you had the option to take the course online or in a classroom setting. NOTE: legislation passed in 2018 changed some aspects of what was required and considered continuing education.
