| If you really did what you've just stated in this posting, there isn't a signing company or lender in the world who'll touch you with the proverbial 10 foot pole in the future. You haven't just shafted 24/7; you've also thrown the borrower's loan down the toilet. You'd better get yourself a good lawyer & if this posting gets in the right (or wrong, depending on your perspective) hands you've just sealed your fate in a court of law. If true (and I'm still coming to grips with whether someone's pulling our leg or not), this is one of the most unprofessional, irresponsible displays of behavior I've ever seen discussed by anyone...much less the perpetrator bragging about it on a public message board.
