the only signature you're notarizing is the principal's (and maybe the witnesses signatures depending on the forms) - the content of the document is not your concern.

I have seen numerous POAs where dual agents are appointed both here in FL and in CT...you can always look up the legal citation for CA but, again, the contents of the docs are not your concern.
