Wow, that must be new. I haven't worked for them in a long time, and was always $100.00. Under this plan you know you will never get another signing. Why? It makes -0- sense for them to ever call you under that business model paying that much more. Wake up people.
Most of us all know we have totally different business models, and I will compromise from time to time, but never low payers and late payers. NEVER! I tend to review and evaluate my companies instead of taking everything and later chasing to collect my fees.
So yes, at one time I did work for them, eons ago when they paid the fair $100.00 per closing...not the $65.00 they throw out and take 90+ days to pay. That is why I blocked them. I like companies who repect me and my service to pay me a fair wage asked. Why negoiate with lowballers and late payers? Makes no sense to me. |
