So last night I received the docs for my 2 signings today. That's wonderful!
First signing this morning is for Fidelity. Package is only 118 pages. So far, good. E V E R Y single page is scanned legal - regardless of actual page size. Geez!! Maybe it's easier for TC to do it that way. Who cares what it costs the notary?!??!??
Last signing today is for a new-to-me company -- RateBeat -- through Amrock. Lender is actually Cardinal Financial. I had just listed my fees for that county with them. (Yes, folks. Amrock will pay <<YOUR>> fee.) Docs came in late last night. This package is all letter size paper … all 189 pages of it!
Okay, I've vented and feel better. Just venting about the waste of paper. Insofar as my fees, $375 for 2 signings is always a good day!
