That company has one of the worst reputations around, primarily for not getting around to paying their notaries.
I find it interesting that the signing services that provide the worst level of service are also the ones that pay the latest and/or least. Low level of service can be at two extremes: either being unreachable for questions or support, or over the top with babysitting, constant check-ins required, etc. [Most of the above derived from reading posts on this forum.] Some also have long lists of potential errors for which they claim they'll dock your pay. Any excuse to keep more of the fee for themselves...
You can save yourself lots of grief by checking out companies carefully before accepting work from them - or by checking them ASAP after you take a job and quickly turning it back if they look sketchy. Many here advise only working for companies that have, at the very minimum, a 3 star rating in Signing Central. Also, don't just go by the ratings. Be sure to read not only the comments on SC, but also do a search (orange button) on this forum and a Google search for that company. (Many times Google will do a better job of finding threads on this forum that the actual forum search feature. Probably because of the size of the archives here.) Most recent comments should carry the most weight.
