I feel bad for you. Time to retire that company and move on. It's not the fact the closing(s) didn't happen as much as they lack repsect for your time and notifications. We are too busy to be playing those games and be a "stand-by" notary which is how they seemed to schedule this. They wouldn't do this if you invoiced them a holding fee for that time slot you saved for them.
