Sorry Lejeune is not paying you. I would suggest you write a detailed account of these transactions including dates and times you communicated with Lejeune and his responses, if any. Submit that report to the title companies involved and to the proper police authority in your area (attorney general?) for breach of contract. Hopefully you have a written confirmation for each order your owed.
