Received an email from wholesale lender offering this. Also paystub only loans have been out.
Also received an email soliciting 40 year loans with option to pay interest only for 10 years.
Principle limit on reverse mortgages has gone up which means more cash to the customer = more loans.
Refi boom going on right now with most people taking cash out.
