I finally finished it yesterday and wanted to add a couple more comments, especially after posting a slight critique the other day.

First, reading through the entire course work - which includes a copy of all the Government and Civil Code at the end, always takes me significantly more than 3 hours. I actually think that's a good thing. It's possible to skip through that portion, but I don't recommend it. I should add, that's also with interruptions - including my Adobe Reader (used to pull up a copy of the SOS Handbook) getting corrupted right in the middle of everything...

Then, in order to get your Certificate of Completion, you have to pass the Not Rot trial exam, which may actually be more difficult than the state's proctored exam. I think that's a good thing, too, because you really have to know your stuff. (It's 30 questions in 30 minutes.) If you pass this one, you're very likely to pass the state's exam. (I take mine next weekend.) If you don't pass the NR one, I think you can retake it again in an hour. Fortunately, I didn't have to test that policy... Wink

The best part, though, is that you get immediate results once you've completed the test here, and if you pass, the Certificate of Completion (which you must have in your possession before taking the state's exam) is also immediately available to download and print! Yaaayy!

Once again, this is all FREE to Premiere Members of this site. Talk about a good value! I'll also be buying my notary stamps and stocking up on journals from here (at a significant discount) when the time comes. I think I'll have renewed my membership here again by then, so I guess I'll be getting my money's worth for these two years! Smile
