RoseAnn, I looked up your profile. You make want to revamp it. Generate a profile that catches someone's attention and impresses with what you have to offer. Please, please, please do NOT copy anyone else's profile. Look at your profile with an outsider's eye and honestly evaluate it. If you were looking for a notary and came across your profile, would you hire you?
The secret to getting signings is market, market, market and when you're done with that, market some more. Most of us seasoned NSAs (I've been at this for 14 years now) reach out and market usually every day -- in some fashion or other. We pass out our business cards. We reach out to our hiring parties and let 'em know we're still around and doing business and would love to work with them again and more often. We stop by our local title companies and (re-)introduce ourselves. Etc. It takes work … constantly.
