They are having some newbie pains getting up and running. No notary confirmation just have to do print screen. Escrow officers are saying that they cannot correspond with notary at all through the website. And signing requests are by distance from zip code unless the 1st Am office set you up as one of their preferred notaries.
Payment though is excellent. Week after closing just like FASS was!! Oh, they are not working in all states yet either. Those states still use Snapdocs. All are out of office that I have received too. |
