I would not be too concerned just yet. I recently had a live scan at SBSO. No fingerprints whatsoever. The clerk said it is not unusual not to have prints. Given we have been notaries since the dinosaur age and have not committed any crime or relocated, the DOJ and FBI will simply process yours.
