I use the FedEx account all the time. When I opened my account I was not required to provide FedEx with a credit card number. I understand that new accounts now require a credit card number.
On UPS, I have a problem with that one and maybe I'm doing something wrong. When I try to generate packing slips/airbills and use the client's billing number, my request keeps getting rejected and I cannot generate the airbill. Any suggestions? Anyone know what I may be doing wrong? |
