Not only that, but he's allowing Seb Gorka to be his surrogate on NK with the media. Gurka basically said yesterday that Tillerson should just shut up and stay in his own lane, that NK was an issue for Mattis to deal with.
Seb Gorka is a fraud - his PhD is phony and he can't get a security clearance. Without a security clearance, he has no business representing the administration as an expert on national security. I don't understand how he managed to get a job in the administration; I'm hoping Gen. Kelly will be able to bounce his butt out of the WH real soon.
